Subscription terms

On the product page, Subscribe is selected by default, because it is the cheaper way to buy. One-time purchase sits directly beside it and is one tap away. Nothing is hidden and nothing is buried behind a second step.

What you are agreeing to if you check out with Subscribe selected

• Your order renews on its own until you cancel.
• It ships on the cycle shown on the product page for the size you chose, and you are charged the price shown at that time.
• Shipping stays free on every renewal.
• Your price never goes up after your first order.

Skipping and cancelling

• We email you 3 days before every charge, with a skip button in the email.
• You can skip or cancel at any time in one click from your account, with no fees and no forms.
• Cancelling stops all future charges. It does not affect an order already shipped.

Failed payments

If a payment fails we retry a small number of times over several days and email you. If it still fails, the subscription pauses rather than silently cancelling, so you don't lose your price.

The 90-Night Guarantee applies to subscription orders exactly as it does to one-time orders.
