90-Night Guarantee

Use NIGHTSHIFT twice a week, overnight, for 90 nights. If your under-eyes don't look better to you, email us and we refund you in full.

• You keep whatever is left. Nothing to mail back.
• No form to fill in. One email is enough.
• No restocking fee. You get the full amount you paid.
• The window runs 90 nights from the day your first order is delivered.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or wrong items

If a carton arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, email us with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost. You do not need to return the damaged item.

Cancelling an order before it ships

Email us as soon as you can. If it has not been handed to the carrier, we cancel it and refund in full.
