Shipping

Free shipping on every US order. No minimum spend.

• Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
• Delivery is typically 3-6 business days after dispatch.
• We currently ship within the United States only.
• You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.

An expedited option is available at checkout for an additional charge if you need it sooner.

Delays

Once a parcel is with the carrier, its timing is out of our hands. If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, email us and we will chase it or send a replacement.

Wrong address

If you notice a mistake in your address, email us straight away. If the parcel has not shipped we will correct it. If it has, we will help you redirect it with the carrier where possible.
