Try Subline (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells SUBLINE brand products online, including NIGHTSHIFT Under-Eye Microdarts, a cosmetic under-eye patch with dissolving microdarts.

We sell online only and ship orders from our third-party logistics provider in Perris, California, USA.

2. Agreement to these terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date appears at the top of this page. Changes take effect when posted. If you continue to use the site after we post changes, you accept the updated terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase for you.

4. Orders, acceptance, and our right to refuse or cancel

  • All purchases are one-time purchases. We do not offer subscriptions at this time. If we introduce subscriptions later, they will be opt-in only.
  • When you place an order, we may send an order acknowledgment. This is not our acceptance. We accept your order when we ship it and send a shipping confirmation.
  • We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including for:
    • Pricing or availability errors
    • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
    • Orders that appear to be for resale or commercial distribution
    • Order quantity limits per person, per household, or per order
  • If we cancel all or part of your order, we will refund the canceled items.

5. Prices, taxes, and duties

  • Prices are shown in USD and, where available, in local currency. Current prices for NIGHTSHIFT Under-Eye Microdarts are: 8 pairs for $49, 2 for $84, 3 for $109. Prices are subject to change.
  • Shipping is free within the United States. Any other shipping costs, if applicable, are shown at checkout.
  • Sales tax (or similar taxes) may apply based on your delivery address and will be shown at checkout where applicable.
  • For deliveries outside the United States (including Canada, the UK, EU member states we ship to, Australia, and New Zealand), you may owe import duties, customs fees, or taxes at delivery. These are your responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout.

6. Shipping and risk of loss

We ship from Perris, California, USA to the United States, Canada, the UK, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Australia, and New Zealand. Shipping timelines and risk of loss terms are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please review it before ordering.

7. Returns and our guarantee

We offer a 90-day guarantee with a full refund, and you keep whatever is left. The full details and instructions are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please review the Refund Policy before returning any item.

8. Product use and safety

Our product is a cosmetic intended to improve the appearance of the skin around the eyes. It is not a drug and not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • For external use only.
  • Patch test first on a small area. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
  • Use below the lash line only. Keep away from the eye itself.
  • Stop use and seek advice if you experience burning, lasting redness, or swelling.
  • Do not use on broken, irritated, or sunburned skin.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Consult a clinician before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under a dermatologist’s care.
  • Individual results vary. We do not promise or guarantee a specific outcome.

9. Intellectual property

The SUBLINE brand, the Try Subline name, our website content, product names, text, photographs, videos, graphics, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for your personal, non-commercial use as allowed by law.

10. User content (reviews, photos, and other submissions)

  • If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content (“User Content”), you represent that you own or have the right to share it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or violate any law.
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, and create derivative works from your User Content in any media for marketing, advertising, and other lawful purposes related to our business.
  • We may display your first name and last initial or username with your review if provided. Do not include confidential or sensitive information in your submission.
  • We do not pay for reviews. We do not edit the substance of reviews, though we may moderate for profanity, personal data, or policy violations and remove content that we reasonably believe is fake, unlawful, or inappropriate.

11. Acceptable use of the website

  • Use the site only for lawful purposes and your personal, non-commercial use.
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the site, attempt to bypass security, or use any automated means (including bots, scrapers, or spiders) to access or collect data from the site without our permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the site or products will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if the claim does not relate to a purchase. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Try Subline and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of law, or your misuse of the site or products.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws rules. You and we agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, USA, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site or products.

If you are a consumer resident outside the United States, you may have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts and under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

18. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, limit, or override any rights you have under the law of your own country, including mandatory rights for UK and EU consumers (such as legal guarantees, remedies, and cooling-off rights where applicable).

19. Severability, entire agreement, assignment

If any part of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest will remain in full force. These terms (together with policies referenced here, including the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy) are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the site and purchases from us.
